Dr. David Jones is President of Growth Ventures, Inc., a human capital advisory firm working with companies to leverage technology solutions in workforce acquisition and retention. He has spent his 30-year career helping both Fortune 100 and start-up organizations hire and retain better employees. Prior to founding Growth Ventures, Inc., he was the global head of human resources and change management consulting with Aon Consulting, one of the world’s largest human resources advisory firms. He also founded HRStrategies, an international human resources consulting firm acquired in 1994 by Aon Corporation. Today, Dr. Jones is Chairman of HireDesk’s Board of Directors, providing counsel and guidance to the organization’s corporate market business unit, and continuing his pioneer work in quality of hire products and services. Dr. Jones received his doctorate in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Bowling Green University and is a member of the Society for Industrial/Organizational Psychology (SIOP).

John Armitage is President of Armitage Associates, a high-end executive search practice he founded in 1976 that specializes in working with companies in the financial services, venture capital and information technology sectors. John is a co-founder of Talent Technology Corporation and is on the Advisory Board of the Association of Collegiate Entrepreneurs (ACE).
Jade Bourelle

Mr. Bourelle co-founded Talent Technology Corporation (TTC) in 1999. An innovator in the recruiting and training industry for the past 10 years, Mr. Bourelle was previously an executive search consultant and the founder of TeleSkill Human Resource Solutions, a telecommunications recruitment firm. He co-founded Canada’s ‘Top 40 Under 40’ business awards and was the executive director of the Association of Collegiate Entrepreneurs (ACE), an international organization dedicated to helping university students start businesses. Mr. Bourelle currently serves on the International and Vancouver Board of the Entrepreneurs Association.
Robert Gordon

Mr. Gordon is an investor in technology companies. He currently serves on the boards of Mindjet Corporation (Chairman), PlateSpin Limited (Chairman), Embotics Corporation and Talent Technology Corporation (Vice Chairman and COO). Bob has held several executive positions with global enterprises including: as European Venture Partner for the Internet Capital Group, Senior Vice President of Oracle Europe, Middle East & Africa, President of Oracle Canada, and various senior positions with Bell Atlantic Enterprises, Nortel and IBM. He is a past Chairman of the Information Technology Association of Canada (ITAC).
Robert McCoy

Mr. McCoy is the former Vice Chairman and Chief Financial Officer of Wachovia Corporation, where he retired September 30, 2004, after 18 years in the financial services industry. Prior to that, he spent 23 years with Price Waterhouse & Co. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of two widely recognized public companies, Krispy Kreme Doughnuts, Inc. and Medcath Corporation, where he is Chairman of the Audit Committees for both companies. He has also served on the boards of many nonprofit organizations.
Clarence McFeely
President, Clarence E. McFeely, Inc.
Clarence McFeely’s career in executive search spans over 45 years. He has been named one of the country's top executive search consultants by human resources officers and other senior executives leading the 1,500 largest public and private US companies. He began executive search at A.T. Kearney & Company, Chicago, then formed his own firm, McFeely and Associates, in 1969. Mr. McFeely is the first recipient of the prestigious Gardner Heidrick Award from the Association of Executive Search Consultants (AESC) for outstanding contributions to the profession. He was past president of AESC and has served as a Director, Executive Committee member, and Chairman of the organization's admissions and professional practices committees. Mr. McFeely was a founding director of the Bradley University Advisory Council to the College of Business Administration, and was also a Founder and Vice Chairman of the University's Associate Board of Trustees. An officer in the U.S. Marine Corps in the 1950s, Mr. McFeely holds as B.S. degree from Bradley University.
